CEO / Owner

Mike heads up the listing side of Synergy’s business and has been enjoying a career in real estate since 1999. He and Robin personally own several rental properties and love talking all things real estate investing. When he isn’t selling homes you’ll find Mike either in the gym, walking his dog Barney or reading a fiction novel.

Robin Sproba

Broker / Owner

As the Broker at Synergy, Robin also leads the buyer team. In 2002 Robin joined Mike in Real Estate after 9 years in oil and gas and hasn’t looked back! Robin is a nationally ranked Crossfit athlete and enjoys spending time with family at their beach house.

Dawn Johnson

Real Estate Agent

Dawn Johnson has lived in Montgomery County her whole life and has enjoyed helping families buy and sell real estate since 2004. Being a real estate agent isn’t just a job for her, it is something she is passionate about.  Helping families navigate through the home buying and selling process brings her so much joy.  Her goal is to build a relationship with her clients based on integrity and trust. Dawn also enjoys being outdoors running and fishing in her free time. While real estate is her passion, Dawn’s favorite roles are Mom to her son and Honey to her granddaughter. 

Mackenzie Sproba

Director of operations

Mackenzie “Mack” officially joined the team in 2020 after graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in finance, despite having grown up alongside the company. Born and raised in Willis, Texas, Mack’s hobbies include traveling, going to concerts, running, interior decorating, and enjoying quality time with friends and family. She wears many hats at Synergy Real Estate including Leasing Specialist, Listing Coordinator, In-House Bookkeeper and anything else needed to support the family business!

Jessica Medina

Buyer Specialist

As a Montgomery County native, Jessica has witnessed its great transformation as one of the best places to live in Texas. Her intimate knowledge of this region, and her experiences of having lived here all of her life gives her enthusiasm and desire to make her home, your home. She is driven, kind and enjoys helping others during the buying process. Involved in her children’s sports, church, CrossFit and her community she would love to help assist you every step of the way during your next real estate process.

Elaine Freeman

Transaction Coordinator

Since 2006 Elaine has been working alongside Buyer’s Agents at Synergy Real Estate as Transaction Coordinator. When Elaine is involved, there is a smooth transaction as she handles communications between clients, title companies, agents and lenders. Elaine has been married to her soulmate since 1996 and enjoys spending time with their three kids and two grandbabies at the beach or by the pool.

Lexi Cansler-Pitt

Marketing Manager

Lexi joined the Sproba Team in 2022 after 8 years working at a Fortune 500 company. As Marketing Manager Lexi heads up social media strategy, lead generation, event planning and any other task needed to support the team. Lexi is an Arizona native but has called Spring, Texas home since 2014 along with her husband and 7 rescue dogs. When she isn’t buried under a dog pile Lexi enjoys running really long distances on the trails.

Lily Kelley

Marketing Assistant

Lily joined the team in February of 2024 as our Marketing Assistant. She is currently working towards her Real Estate License and Agricultural Business degree from Texas A&M. She enjoys volunteering, traveling, many outdoor activities, and enjoys quality time with friends and family. 

Vicki Chapman

Independent Agent

Vicki joined the brokerage in 2024 and has been a real estate agent since 2017. When she isn’t showing and selling homes Vicki enjoys running and spending time with her family.
